Come join Rutabaga's instructors for one of their favorite paddles, the Upper Dells! See the Dells as you have never seen them before. Explore the side canyons that wind their way back into the cliffs. Keep a sharp eye out for bald eagles and owls. Paddle through The Narrows and around Black Hawk Recreational, fishing, and sea kayaks are welcome. For safety reasons, we do not allow canoes, SUPs, folding kayaks, or inflatable kayaks on this outing. We'll meet at Rutabaga, head to the put-in (transportation provided) run a shuttle if necessary, then launch for a day of paddling enjoyment. Please register at least 2 weeks prior to the trip date. Trips may be cancelled at that time if we don't meet minimum requirements. A recreational kayak and corresponding equipment are included in the price but you are welcome to bring your own boat. . Please note: Trip participant minimum is 4 so the trip may be cancelled if we don't reach our minimum. |
